The Player

Before proceeding with the subject of our discussion, I want to tell you a little about the supposedly nature of man. Human nature is difficult to trace and mostly to imagine. All that we know comes from present references and the study of the past. The history had modified our social behavior. According to the past, the men were the strongest of the species and the sneakiest in hunting; meanwhile, the woman herself had the role to give birth and to take care of her babies, until they obtain independence. Women rarely had the choice of their sexual relations. What we call rape today, was something very common in the past. Even today, in countries where the society has not launched any kind of campaign promoting human rights or some kind of rules, it is still valid. I have to say that apart from what I have just described, this abundance of animal like behavior from men is the consequence of the big population of our planet.


The values of a society are often associated with religion; these values had changed not only the mentality of some men but their sexual habits as well. To tell you the truth, some men are continuously tempted of satisfying his sexual impulses. These men are not sexual predators because they play in between the lines of what is right and wrong. They often said: We propose something and is up-to the woman to decide if either or not they go with them. They respect a “no” coming from women because they know the rules and the legal consequence of using the force!


Men had created a legend from the roots of their nostalgia. What else is left from the man that used to have power over all the species and their genders? His passion to conquest, to seduce and possess woman at his will. The first version of Don Juan: The Trickster of Seville and the Stone Guest by Tirso de Molina was published in Spain around 1630. A few years after, Moliere polished this legendary character in a theater's play named Dom Juan in 1665.

Since that time, every single man that had the mastery of seducing woman, used to be called a Don Juan. Now, this well-known title is expired. The methods of man have changed and they have become less refine. Nowadays, you call Players those who seduce women.

Who is a player ?

A Player is a male who is skilled of seducing and manipulating girls by pretending to care about them, when in reality he is only interested in steal their intimacy. A silent thief that perceives sex as a must! He do not satisfy his desires on one women, he tend to play with multiple girls simultaneously using the mastery of lies. He understands what a relationship is and he is scared of getting involved in such a commitment, in other words, in such imprisonment. About the other relationships, he doesn’t care, not even married women will stop him to try... because he loves challenges.

He doesn’t have any criteria when it comes to seduce girls because each one of them is perceived as a number. He keeps track of his work in a journal that he is proud to present to his friends, like a trophy! His methods are unpolished but they are appropriate and compatible nowadays for the crappy and weird taste for man that modern women have!

Training at Home Vs the Gym

I have been asked lately to encourage people to go to the gym in order to have a fit life style. My opinion is: going to the gym have nothing to do with your fit life style. Let me ask you a question, a person that claims to be a bodybuilder and bench press 300lbs shows fitness? No, I don’t think so... Fitness is having a healthy heart, a good cardio, an impressive endurance, stamina and strength! People may not know but 30 % of world bodybuilding champions had stopped their career due to high blood pressure and to several heart attacks! Do you remember what happened to Arnold Schwarzenegger, 7 times Mr Olympia In 1997? He had a heart surgery due to an abused heart!

Controlling Loves Ones, Again?

This is the continuation of my post “controlling loves Ones?” I got a few feedback, positive from man and less positive from woman. This Blog is not a copy cat of other sites or Blogs. I’m proud to show originality; to share with you people the raw of my thoughts. I’m sometimes misunderstood by the controversy I create but, that is what I’m searching, reaction for me to apply action!

Let’s start this time with the men’s case in a couple

There are men that grow up in a controlling environment. They have seen their father yelling with rage their mothers, giving orders to their mother constantly without any kind of respect. In my point of view, they had experience manipulation, physical aggressiveness and mental abuse. Growing up, these men become a copy cat of their fathers later in life and they think that is just ok to control using power over emotions; they think that is the right way to behave in a couple and to fulfill happiness! They see women as another kind of beings, as something low! Like objects to be used on demand and to be rejected as will! These men have forgotten from where they came. I will remind you, from a woman’s womb.

Controlling Loves Ones?

I am going to talk to you today about controlling behavior in a relationship. Women and men arrive sometimes to this kind of conduct. Why people controls their loves ones in a couple; how they arrive to attain their purposes and when, in which situation can it happen more often. But first of all, let me tell you, according to what I have learned in life and I have seen and heard from others. I am going to share with you what I really think about the subject.

Let’s start with the woman’s case in a couple


There are women who grow up in a controlling environment. What I mean by this is growing up and witnesses their mothers wearing the pants at home and giving orders to their fathers almost like captains. Some others experience in their family a kind of sneaky and masked kind of control; I’m talking about the covered one, the one that lend on some kind of mental abuse. Growing up, these women become a copy cat of their mothers later in life thinking that is just "ok" to control. They think that is the right way to behave in a couple and to fulfill happiness! They see men like toys to play with and to be use at bed time! These girls think that they are better than man in any field forgetting that long time ago, men were beasts hard to tame!

Happy Valentine's Day

Today is St. Valentine’s Day. I am planning to enjoy the day with Ney. Wine and cheese with soft music is in the menu for tonight. Here I share with you, for this special occasion, a little poem.




A Valentine is nothing like
A chocolate or a rose.
For in a week these shall be gone.
But Valentines remain.
If love were always sweet to tongue
Or fragrant to the nose,
Each day would be like Valentine’s,
And we go insane of course.
A Valentine just hangs around
Waiting to be kissed
Long after special days have passed
And everyday are here.
So one is wise to choose one well
And chocolates to resist.
For in the midst of mania
It’s nice to have one near.
Especially the one you love!

Harms of Bodybuilding

I am writing this post to show you that it's not because you are a bodybuilder that you are necessarily fit. What is fitness to me: it is a lifestyle, to take care of my health, eating the proper food that provides what I need. Taking care of our cardiovascular's wellbeing is important in order to increase resistance and endurance. Getting fit gives us a healthy heart and prevents us from heart failure. It helps to lower our cholesterol and sugar levels and also to get rid of toxins.

Taking care of our physical appearance makes us look healthier; do you know that looks built extra Charisma? You can get better jobs, you can be believable to people because you express confidence on yourself. Also, training is proven to prevent depression; your brain secretes an extra boost of a hormone that keeps you away from depression.

Now pay attention to this: bodybuilding can lend to fitness if you understand the limits of your body and if you realize your genetic package. If you are a bodybuilder that wants to bypass nature, don’t say that you are fit because you are abusing your body. To abuse our body is to retreat yourself from fitness. Bodybuilding can become an addiction like cannabis to a drug addict. You always want more and more, and the more you want, the more the industry’s going to give you.

Since 1990, a lot of bodybuilding pro-shops had open, selling you products to enhance whatever performance you are looking for. All crap! All crap! A question for those that have tried a few products : Can you tell me if those products that you buy have helped you??? If yes, take a placebo for 1 month and you will see that I’m right, All crap ! It’s all in your mind. It's only “will” that drives your goals! Don’t bust up your motivation by taking shit ! I describe here a reality :

1)      You cannot get as big as a bodybuilder if you don’t have the bone structure and the genetics for it.



2)  You cannot get as big as a bodybuilder without steroids and growth hormones. If you are willing to take this extra step, so prepare yourself for a heart failure. Gynecomatia, testicles problems, decrease of libido, headaches, body aches and Death.

3)      You cannot get fit by eating big amounts of food or by taking weight gainer products. The body can only handle an amount of food nutrients. Consult a dietitian or buy some books about the subject. You bodybuilder!  You are not excluded from the way human beings are basically made. If you are over eating, let me tell you that the 10 pound gained in one year, they’re “FAT”! The body can only gain 2 to 3 lbs of lean muscle mass a year with hard training and dieting.

4)      You cannot get lean by doing a extreme low fat diet without taking care of the rest on  your diet. Don’t forget that the calories not expended in a day will turn into fat overnight. The body needs in general 15% to 25% of fat a day “Like a car needs its oil”.

5)      You cannot get fit by working out every day and for long hours. Your body needs to rest! Otherwise you will injure yourself. Tired muscles do not respond to nothing.

6)      You cannot get super strong if you don’t have the strength for it. Muscles are connected to the bones and if you are genetically a small bone person, how can you be as strong as a person that have 10 inches in shoulder blades more than you.

7)      You cannot get fit by training only 1 to 2 times a week. You have to be consistent! For better results, it is recommended to train 4 times per week for about 1 hour per section. Don’t forget to include cardio and weights to your program. If you play hockey or if you are another kind of sports man that practice several times a week, so it is understandable to train less with weights.

8)      You are dreaming that you are going to look like a pro bodybuilder by training with power lifting moves: squats, bench press, dead lifts, barbell rows, etc... (Read again #6). Any kind of lifting can help you to achieve your goal!

9)      You cannot get “cut” by doing a lot of aerobics exercises or by doing high repetitions if your diet plan is not revised! Any kind of weight training methods can get you cut with a good diet. What you eat is what you are!

10)   Woman don’t need to train different than man they need just to adapt their diet. Woman by nature have more body fat cells than man. So, for those women that spends hundreds of dollars on personal trainer... Don’t let yourself get robbed!

11)      I’m against products, chemicals of the ones called naturals to enhance performance. Take a look of the incredible and healthy physique of one of the first bodybuilder’s champion: Steeve Reeves. All natural! Wise bodybuilder that understood his body.


12)   Protein drinks are good to replace a meal; to add it constantly in your diet, no!! The body can handle as much as 30g-40g of protein per meal. More than that will probably turn into fat. If you are a high protein consumer for the sake of bodybuilding; you must feel bloated and farting all over the place right now.


Don’t abuse yourself, be natural, learn about your body type and stay healthy!

Inspiration artistique


L'inspiration vient quand le cœur est calme et l'esprit est clair ; elle vient également quand la marée est trouble et les émotions sont sombres. Entre l’éclairage et l'obscurité, il n’y a que dilemme, sentiment d’indécision qui affecte parfois la paix. Le dilemme nous ouvre une porte, celle du questionnement existentiel. On ne doit pas fuir le dilemme, mais entièrement le contempler pour être en mesure d'atteindre et de saisir la vie telle qu'elle est. Il nous permet d’accéder à la vie, à la création pure de notre existence. Que ce soit dans l'obscurité de l'abîme ou dans la clarté d'une super nova, une chose a priori doit planer notre pensée : « il y a quelque chose et non rien ». Or, il y a « être » et non rien. Et dans tout ça, moi, petit grain de poussière, où me place-je ? Comme un simple admirateur qui s’interroge et qui crée… mon inspiration est d’« être » !
